The EATRIS Digital Hub is a web-based, AI-enabled knowledge discovery and navigation platform developed as part of the EATRIS-CONNECT project, which leverages digital transformation to accelerate translational medicine.
The Hub is designed to support users across the translational continuum by making EATRIS resources, services, expertise, and knowledge assets easier to find, access, and query. It is particularly relevant for:
- Translational researchers - seeking to identify relevant resources, services, guidance, and expertise for their research projects.
- Clinicians - exploring trusted knowledge and resources related to the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in medicine.
- Other stakeholders – interested in learning more about EATRIS resources, services, and capacities.
By integrating a curated and actively maintained knowledge base with trusted external sources and large language model (LLM) technology, the Hub enables AI-assisted search, retrieval, and summarisation. Rather than serving as a general-purpose AI assistant, the Digital Hub supports users in navigating EATRIS knowledge services, and expertise through a conversational interface.
The Hub also supports collaboration by signposting relevant experts, resources, and facilities within the EATRIS network and beyond.
The Digital Hub is publicly accessible. For queries, please contact digitalhub@eatris.eu
